Now we are going to see second sleeve.

My measurement for full lenght is 16.

Now mark b/8 - 1 is 10 cm, then change the inch tape ,
and mark b/4 - b/15 is 16.5 cm

Now match this with  b/8 - 1 is 10 cm and mark a line as shown in the picture.
Now draw a line completely as shown in the video.

My size is 14cm , mark and draw for your size and join the corners.
Now mark a centre point in this line(see video) and top and bottom take 3 cm
and join the lines as shown in the video.

Now cut the measurement carefully.

It is a Folded one.
cut as shown in the video.

You will get a good blouse when you follow this measurement method.

Take a full length that is 35cm and place same measurement in the oppposite side.
mark and draw a line.

At the edge W/4 + 2 is 21.5 cm mark it
Now joint the line

b/12+1 is 8.5cm mark it as shown in figure. 

From the dot(centre point) on left and right both sides mark one cm each as shown in picture.

Now mark 10 cm from the centre point as shown and join it as shown 
Now back part is ready , now u can cut the chart carefully.

be careful in cutting the curve part,
Now cut the edges as like front portion.
Now back portion is ready.

Now back part
As drawn for front draw the back portion also with the help of chart.
My length is 35 (Full length) and for you pls take ur size and mark.
Next b/4 - b/15 is 16.5
Next take the inch tape vertical and mark Sh/2 + half is 17.5
Next b/12+1 is 8.5
As in front piece similarly take 
Next b/4 - b/15 is 16.5 and measure as shown in picture and 
match with  Sh/2 + half is 17.5 and mark the line.
b/4 - b/15  in that b/4 + 1.5 is 24
Extend the code now and draw the back neck.
As in the front piece mark accordigly and see the picture for clear idea.
Draw the curve accordingly to get a good shape ok.

As shown in the picture mark 1.5 cm and another side (b/24) - 1
Next apply the formula and mark the measurement as shown
next also calculate and mark here it is 10.5, right side and left side also mark
as per your requirement and mark both sides as shown in the picture.
Mark from the centre point and measure, here it is 11 and mark.
Now from the centre point take 1 inch, i.e. 2.5 cm on both sides. 
For hand pending b/12+1 is 8.5 and mark as per your requirement 
As shown in picture take the measurements around 3.5 cm and mark
and mark a line.Now we are going to cut the front piece carefully as shown in the 
picture , careful while cutting in the bend. once over, cut at the edge as shown
This is Front piece.

Take chart paper and draw the measurement. Before do the cutting in Blouse material, its better to draw in chart paper to avoid errors.
In the chart paper, take a inch tape and place it on the corner of the chart paper and take the measurement, from the front piece picture you can see b/3 
that is the front piece length. In the calculation b/3 is 30. cross check it and mark it

same like, b/4 - b/15 is 16.5 in the calculation
Next is neck design, keep as u wish, normal is 14, 15 but its upto u.
here i take 15
Next is (b/24)-1, for your measurement calculate accordingly
Next is (b/4) - (b/15)
Next is Sh/2+half is 17.5, measure it
Next is b/12 + 1 is 8.5

Next is (b/4) - (b/15) and match the size with Sh/2+half and make a accurate measurement as shown in the figure.
Next is Sh/2+half is 17.5, take that and match with (b/4) - (b/15) there u will get a + symbol
it means the measurement is correct
Now form a line as shown and drwa the picture as shown

Note down the Front Piece drawing: Note down the formula wherever it is mentioned and follow the same method and drwa the drawing as shown in the picture. Next is back piece drawing, Note down the picture and note down the formula as shown. For Sleeve and wasit part also drwaing give, please make a note of that also.
 Note down the formula given in the drawing separately. In this neck size, shoulder etc are given, wherever needed you can apply and use it.

For stitching the blouse following details are required kindly make and note and follow the same
Shoulder - Sh
Breast - B
Waist - W
Sleeve Lenght - SL
Round arm- RA
Full length - FL
These are the 6 mesaurements are needed to stitch a blouse.
Shoulder measurement - Take the tape and keep it in a left shoulder near to the bone and measure the distance upto the right side shoulder and mark the details.
Take the breast measurement as shown in the demo. All the measurements are in cm o
Waist measurement - Near the wasit bending above the hip level has to be measured exactly so that length will be accurate.
Sleeve Lenght - Take the shoulder placement place and measure the length as required as shown in the demo.
Round arm- Take the measurement from the sleeve length height and note the measurement as shown in the video. take some extra measurement for the hand freeness.

These are the easiest 6 measurement method to stitch a blouse.
