Now we are going to see second sleeve.

My measurement for full lenght is 16.

Now mark b/8 - 1 is 10 cm, then change the inch tape ,
and mark b/4 - b/15 is 16.5 cm

Now match this with  b/8 - 1 is 10 cm and mark a line as shown in the picture.
Now draw a line completely as shown in the video.

My size is 14cm , mark and draw for your size and join the corners.
Now mark a centre point in this line(see video) and top and bottom take 3 cm
and join the lines as shown in the video.

Now cut the measurement carefully.

It is a Folded one.

You will get a good blouse when you follow this measurement method.
